-  INFORMATION ON GROUP OUTINGS  -

​

  • PACKAGES ARE BASED FOR 7 PEOPLE OR MORE. 

    • IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 7 PEOPLE IN YOUR GROUP, YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED THE MINIMUM OF 7 PEOPLE.

  • WI SALES TAX NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE.

  • Children must be over the age of 2 for pony rides.

    • We do not use actual “ponies” for the pony rides, we use our smaller adult horses. A Kettle Moraine Ranch staff member will walk and lead a horse around the ranch.

  • Children must be 8 years old to go on a horseback trail ride. 

    • NO EXCEPTIONS- THIS IS OUR INSURANCE POLICY

  • For the trail rides, we are able to take out 8 people at a time. 

    • If you have more than 8 people for your party, we will split you into two groups. While one group is on their trail ride, the others would be doing another activity here.  Once that trail ride gets back we will switch groups.

  • Anyone over the age of 16 has to pay a $5.00 Trail Riding Fee. This fee goes to the State Of WI for using the state forest. 

  • Safety helmets are mandatory for all children and teens up to 17 years of age. 

    • NO EXCEPTIONS- THIS IS OUR INSURANCE POLICY.

    •  Safety helmets are available here at the ranch at no extra cost, or bring your own safety/bike helmet. 

  • Anyone under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or guardian sign our horse riding liability form.

  • $50.00 Non-Refundable deposit is required. Deposit will be taken off your total once final payment is due. 

    • Final payment due the day of outing. We only accept cash or WI checks. We do not take any form of credit/debit card at this time. 

  • Horseshoe pit area is available for you to use at no charge. 

  • Picnic areas available for you to use at no charge. 

  • If you are going to use an outside picnic area, it is the client(s) responsibility to clean-up area. Trash cans and bags will be provided for your use. 

    • If you choose to bring food, it is your responsibility to clean all food areas. No food is allowed to be left out.
