KETTLE MORAINE RANCH, INC. POLICIES
1) 50% deposit is required in advance to hold your booking date. Balance to be paid on the day of
your function
2) All cancellations must be made 30 days in advance to receive full deposit.
3) All cancellations that are cancelled within 13 days of booked date will lose full deposit.
4) All permits, ect., are the responsibility of the person or persons who contracts with the Kettle
Moraine Ranch, Inc.
5) Kettle Moraine Ranch, Inc. carries it's own insurance, but is not responsible for acts of God.
6) Extra insurance can be carried by client.
7) All arrangements have to be written, be agreed upon and signed by the client and the
management of the Kettle Moraine Ranch, Inc.
