$150.00 per hour- per two units
(Tractor & two wagons= two units)
$100.00 per hour for traveling time to and from rental area with one unit.
$150.00 per hour for traveling time to and from rental area with two units.
$500.00 Minimum includes:
1) Travel time up to one hour each way.
2) Two hour wagon ride with one tractor, one wagon and one driver.
3) Additional $100.00 per hour for added rental and traveling time.
*Plus 5.1% WI sales tax or have a WI tax exempt number.
Kettle Moraine Ranch, Inc. Policies
1) 50% deposit is required in advance to hold your booking date.
2) Balance to be paid on the day of your function.
3) All cancellations must be made 30 days in advance to receive full deposit.
4) all cancellations that are cancelled at least 14 days in advance will receive 50% of deposit.
5) All cancellations are canceled at least 13 days of booked date will loose full deposit.
6) All permits, ect., are the responsibility of the person or persons who contracts with the Kettle Moraine Ranch, Inc.
7) Kettle Moraine Ranch, Inc. carries it's own insurance, but is not responsible for acts of God.
8) Extra insurance can be carried by client.
9) All arrangements have to be written, be agreed upon and signed by the client and the management of the Kettle Moraine Ranch, Inc.
